• With your permission we also collect further information during reference checks

Your details will be used only to find you an appropriate contract or permanent assignment.

We will not share you details with any third party without your permission. This includes submitting your details to prospective employers - we will always contact you first.

Storing information

You can be sure that your information is secure. Information is held by Targeted Resourcing Solutions on password secured computers and on a dedicated, secure off-site server. Some information may also be held on paper files in locked offices with restricted access.

Changing your information

You can ask us to update any information we hold at any time. This can be done by e-mail, post or by phone. Alternatively, you can resubmit your resume and we will make the relevant changes to your records.

Access to information

You can apply to access your personal information at any time. This can be done by e-mail, post or by phone. A small administration fee will apply.

Complaints

You can make a complaint directly to Targeted Resourcing Solutions by e-mail, post or by phone. Alternatively, you can make a complaint directly to the Federal Privacy Commissioner. And for your information, the National Privacy Principles in full.
